3 Tools to help you manage stress:

Mind: Practice Mindful Breathing

Stress often triggers shallow breathing, which can increase feelings of anxiety. Take a moment to pause and focus on your breath. Try this simple exercise:


1) Inhale deeply for 4 seconds.
2) Hold your breath for 4 
    seconds.
3) Exhale slowly for 6 seconds.

Repeat this for a few minutes to calm your nervous system and bring yourself back to the present moment.

Body: Ground Yourself with Movement

Physical activity is a powerful stress reliever.

Whether it’s a gentle yoga session, a brisk walk in nature, or dancing to your favourite song, moving your body helps release tension and boosts endorphins – your body’s natural stress fighters.

Spirit: Create a Stress Relief Ritual

Rituals can provide a sense of stability and calm during stressful times.

This could be as simple as lighting a candle, journaling your thoughts, or spending 10 minutes in meditation.

These small acts of self-care can make a big difference in your overall well-being.
