Burnout was the beginning of my story. Reclamation is why Mojo School exists
I’m Jane Bellis. After 25 years in fashion and beauty, more than one burnout forced me to question a life that looked successful from the outside but didn’t feel sustainable on the inside.
Mojo School grew from that experience and the work I’ve done since in mental health and holistic wellbeing. It’s a place for women who are tired of pushing through to understand what’s happening in their minds, bodies and lives—and begin finding their way back to themselves.
We start with recovery, then make room for reconnection: with your body, your boundaries, your creativity, your relationships and what matters to you now. You can explore at your own pace through practical courses, or find company and guidance inside the Inner Fire Circle.
Explore the Areas We Support
Some women begin with our Mental Health & Anxiety Courses when daily overwhelm, stress, and emotional exhaustion start affecting confidence and clarity.
Others need deeper healing through our Emotional Health & Trauma Courses, especially when emotional patterns, triggers, or unresolved stress feel harder to manage alone.
For women experiencing physical burnout, low energy, or disconnection from the body, our Physical Health & Connection Courses help rebuild balance and body awareness.
If life feels unclear or direction feels lost, our Personal Growth & Purpose Courses support confidence, self-trust, and meaningful life decisions.
And for women seeking deeper reflection, alignment, and inner calm, our Spiritual Development Courses offer grounded spiritual growth and personal transformation.
What makes Mojo School different?
Roots before fruits
We look beneath the pressure to “do better” and get curious about what’s draining you, what helps you feel safe, and what matters to you now. Lasting change begins with understanding your roots.
Tools for real life
Our courses bring together practical wellbeing education, reflective exercises, creativity and body-based practices. Take what helps, try it in your everyday life, and return to the tools whenever you need them.
Your path, your pace
Begin with one course, follow a guided pathway, or find ongoing connection through our community and live experiences. The Human Compass gives us a shared map; you choose the route that fits you.
Is Mojo School only for Women?

Honoring the Wisdom of the Medicine Wheel
At Mojo School, we are deeply inspired by the universal wisdom found in frameworks all over the world. Our Human Compass takes inspiration from the traditional Medicine Wheel approach for example.
The Medicine Wheel, as a concept, has been used by various indigenous cultures worldwide, including Native American, Celtic, Peruvian, and other traditions. Each culture brings its own unique interpretation, yet all share a core focus on balance, connection, and holistic well-being.

As a Celtic practitioner and founder of Mojo School, Jane has drawn on her heritage and personal practices, including the Celtic Wheel of the Year, seasonal celebrations, and the elements. While the format of the Medicine Wheel we use may look similar to other traditions, it is rooted in her own soul focussed path and adapted to support modern wellness journeys.
