As November settles in, we find ourselves in that gentle pause between autumn’s golden glow and the sparkle of the festive season. It’s a natural time for reflection—a moment to look back on the year so far, celebrate your progress, and nurture gratitude as we head into winter.

The Power of Gratitude:
Research shows that practicing gratitude can boost our mood, reduce stress, and even improve physical health. But gratitude isn’t just about making lists—it’s about noticing the small wins, the moments of connection, and the lessons learned along the way.At Mojo School, we love weaving gratitude into our daily routines. Whether it’s a quick journal entry, a mindful walk, or a heartfelt thank you to someone who’s supported you, these small acts can make a big difference—especially as the days get shorter and colder.

Reflect, Release, and Renew

November is also a powerful time for letting go. As the trees shed their leaves, we’re reminded to release what no longer serves us—old habits, limiting beliefs, or simply the pressure to “do it all.”

Try this:

  • Reflect: What are you proud of from the past year? What have you learned?

  • Release: Is there something you’re ready to let go of before winter?

  • Renew: What new intention or mindset would you like to carry forward?

Practical Ways to Embrace Wellness This Month

Start a Gratitude Journal

Jot down three things you’re grateful for each day—big or small. Over time, you’ll notice your focus shift to the positives.

Connect with Community

Reach out to friends, family, or join our Mojo School events. Connection is a powerful antidote to the winter blues.

Embrace Cosy Rituals

Light a candle, make a warming drink, or curl up with a favourite book. Honour the slower pace of the season.
