What do I actually get? I want specifics, not just "transformational content.

That’s a totally fair question. There's a lot of overwhelming content out there which is tough to navigate, especially when you're already burned out.

I've tried Headspace and Calm. Why would this be any different?

Apps like Headspace are brilliant for daily calm — but they weren't designed to help you understand why you burned out or how to change the patterns underneath. This course uses the Medicine Wheel framework to map your whole self: mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
